I believe the BEST wedding days begin with a solid foundation in planning + strong communication throughout.
For ALL new clients (no matter the level of service!), we kick-off planning with a discovery date to get detail-oriented. We open the lines of communication and work on creating your planning foundation from where you’re at in the process.
After our discovery date you’ll get:
- Your rough wedding day timeline, so we know how many hours we’ll need to secure your DJ, Photographer and catering staff, etc., as well as when your ceremony will start, what time sunset is, when you’ll have your sparkler send-off, and all the special details in-between.
- A custom month-by-month checklist to help both of us stay on track with tasks and due dates. This is tucked into our wedding planning guide that has freebies + goodies to help you every step of the way.
- A budget outline based on your target budget, industry averages and your level of priority. If you aren’t one of our full service couples, this will help you know what to expect when gathering quotes from vendors and securing details.
